How Pricing Works
All programs are billed monthly with no long-term contracts required. We do not believe in locking clients into terms they do not want. If your needs change, your program can change with them.
Pricing reflects a fixed monthly fee for scheduled services. Post-storm inspections are included in Priority and Comprehensive programs. One-time or standalone services are priced separately upon consultation.

A Note on Value
The purpose of a monitoring program is not to find problems. Most months, there will be nothing unusual to report. The value lies in the record: a documented, time-stamped, professionally prepared archive of your property's condition.
When something does happen, whether a storm, a leak, a dispute with a contractor, or a property transaction, that record becomes a meaningful asset. Homeowners enrolled in monitoring programs consistently report that the documentation is worth more than the monitoring itself.
